Following his exit from Singapore Press Holdings’ (SPH) in June, Geoff Tan has resurfaced at B2B property management platform Really Singapore. Taking on the role of chief ideas officer, Tan will be responsible for reshaping and re-defining innovative engagement strategies relating to digital experiences within the real estate scene. He will work closely with company founders, CEO Joerg Zeugner and COO Davin Wang, and will be taking on a member position in the leadership executive team.
The real estate industry is being transformed by a growing number of Proptech startups, offering new online marketing channels for property owners and estate brokers, optimizing the work of developers and constructors, automating property management, adding trackers to monitor buildings in real time etc. These actions result in the improvement of the experience of the buyer or tenants with matching algorithms, more transparency on the property price to build trust again, or visualization tools leveraging on Virtual or Augmented Reality.

Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors®, today announced its inaugural REACH Australia cohort. REACH is a technology growth accelerator program designed to launch and propel companies into the real estate industry. Second Century Ventures announced the global expansion of its award-winning REACH accelerator in July of 2019 to further support the international real estate sector. REACH Australia is the first region opened outside of the United States.
SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Joerg Zeugner, founder and CEO of property and facilities management marketplace Really (Singapore), understands the pains of project tenders and tasks management, given his experience in operations and facilities management.
REALly, a real estate management marketplace, has received capital from Huntington Partners in a seed funding round, along with angel investors, to reach $360,000 in a seed funding round. The Singapore-headquartered startup has developed an app for property managers to coordinate the numerous tasks involved in projects such as office renovations, outfitting of retail stores and condominium and facilities management.
REALly has raised S$500,000 in seed funding from strategic advisory Huntington Partners, along with other angel investors. Joerg Zeugner, Founder of REALly shares more about their integrated web-application and what they plan to do with the extra funds.
